Submit a Consortium Agreement

Non-Temple students should use this form to submit a consortium agreement to be completed by Temple University.


This form is for students from other institutions participating in a Temple University study abroad program.


Please Note: Agreements could take up to three weeks to be returned completed. Agreements submitted for Fall Semester or Academic Year programs will not be processed until Temple's tuition rates become available in July.

The completed form will be sent directly to the home school by email with email copy to the student.

 

Include any additional information needed to complete the agreement.
