A CV of the speaker (PDF format, 5 pages max).
A set of sample slides (PDF format, no more than 10 slides) of the anticipated presentation, indicating the technical contents as well as the way it is presented. If there are more than 10 slides, reviewers will be directed to consider only the first 10 slides. The presentation template can be downloaded from here.
A brief (approximately 10 minutes) mp4 video of the speaker giving an oral presentation on a technical topic. It is preferable that the topic of the video presentation be the same as the intended DML presentation. The video should be in mp4 format and the size of video file should be smaller than 30MB. If the video file is over 30MB, please provide a link to the video.
