Important note for proper printing

The maximum number of characters with spaces is 262, or about three lines of text in this field. Messages that exceed this will be cut short.

The thank you certificate includes the recipient's and sender's names and departments in the form of "To:" and "From:" and it already includes "Thank you for..." so these elements are not needed in the personalized message.
