Thank you for your participation in our Returns Form feature. Please note this form will be discontinued effective October 1st, 2022.

Welcome to our returns portal! Please read this information below carefully before processing your return. Please note this form should be used for Canada customers only.


  • Orders within 30 days : MONAT offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping and handling charges) to all customers and Market Partners.
  • Orders 31-90: After 30 days, MONAT offers a 90% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) on the return of all unopened and unused product. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) of returned item(s) to the original form of payment.
  • Any returns after 90 days from when the customer or Market Partner receives their order will not be accepted.


Once we receive your entry, we will send you a return confirmation number. Please write this number on the box and return your item(s). You will be responsible for return shipping.


NOTE - If you wish to cancel your entire account and no longer receive orders from MONAT, you must contact Customer Care. MONAT will assess the following cancellation fees if you do not complete the minimum lifetime requirement of 3 Flexship orders: $33 CAD = Enrollment Order only completed $25 CAD = Enrollment Order + 1 Flexship Order completed

If you are a Market Partner returning on behalf of your customer, please include your customer's information within the required fields. Enter your order confirmation number of the order you wish to return, this is located on your order confirmation email. If you do not know your order ID, please enter the date your order was processed. You may only process one order return per submission form entry.

Please provide your email address associated to your MONAT account. MONAT will use this email to contact you if we have questions processing your return.
