This form allows instructors to submit a request for in-person and remote exam proctoring supported by the UD Online Testing Center, including ProctorU services. Please submit a separate request for each course needing proctoring support. Requests must be submitted by February 1, 2021. The UD Online Testing Center is offering some synchronous testing blocks for both in-person and remote proctoring (an in-house alternative to ProctorU) for online synchronous classes. Availability is limited, with preference given to courses with 50 or less students that would test on a Monday or Tuesday. UD Online Testing Center Hours

The Testing Center is open most weeks from Tuesday to Friday. Testing is available on Saturdays during finals. Proctored exams are scheduled asynchronously. Provide the start for the window for each exam to indicate the week you intend to test. The UD Online Testing Center will review your request and based on your class size and testing capacity for that week, a window of 3-5 days will be provided for testing.

Scratch Paper*

For those students testing remotely, there are two main options for scratch paper. Students can open a paint document on their computer and not save any of the work. Alternatively, students can use erasable white boards for scratch paper. For courses requiring hand writing or sketch, students can purchase a mouse pen and download MS Paint.
