WestEd Offer Request Form

This form is intended to provide your Recruiting Team with all needed details to extend the verbal offer to your chosen candidate. HR will be responsible for leading any resulting salary negotiation with the candidate in partnership with you (the hiring manager). Expect 1-2 business days before a response from your Recruiting Team. Start dates should be at least 10 business days out from today. The information you provide will also be used once the verbal offer is accepted to prepare the official written offer letter to your chosen candidate.

VDI Access*

If your employee will be performing WestEd work from a personal computer, they will need to do so from within WestEd's secure virtual environment. Your content area coordinator will work with you to request full VDI access. If you would rather only give limited access to your employee, please indicate below. (Limited Access only includes Gmail, timesheets, Inside WestEd, Concur, and Basic Zoom. This option is not advised unless you have reason to do so.)
