IOF Intellectual Property Release Submission

This form is for people who have contributed significant intellectual property to the IOF body of work prior to its transition to OAGi to release that IP to OAGi, which will enable OAGi to take ownership of it and other contributions and release all of it under the license designated by the Governance Board.
