Membership on this panel will require participation in approximately four - six meetings and convenings over the 2022-2023 school year.

K-12 educators will need administrator approval prior to submitting your application.

Availability to Participate

I am able to virtually participate on: - Thursday, July 14th and Thursday, August 4th (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) AND Four (~ one hour) scheduled dates (TBD) prior to May 2022 (after 3:30 pm)

Participation agreement*

I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this event. If I am chosen from the candidate pool, I agree to commit to the entire process July 2022 – May 2023. There are tentatively six virtual meetings - two during the 2022 summer and four during the 2022-23 school year. I am able to participate in virtual meeting and/or remote work during July 2022 - May 2023 to complete revisions and recommendations to Oregon Physical Education Standards by May 2023. Participation agreement must be checked to continue.
