Repeating Course Requests

  • Submit this form to request a recurring session for content that has received approval from the IPCE team within the last two years. Submissions should be made at least 3 weeks prior to the activity start date.


  • All sessions should be submitted separately, even if they will occur at different times on the same day.


  • Once the IPCE team creates the session, you will be notified to complete a review/update of the speakers. Failure to complete the form and submit all required documentation could lead to delays in processing or unapproved activities.


  • If you have questions about the application process, please join the IPCE team's office hours, which are held every Wednesday from 11a-12p CST via Google Meet or email ce-cme@ascension.org.
