Repeating Course Requests

Submit this form to request a recurring session for content that has received approval from the IPCE team within the last two years. Submissions should be made at least 3 weeks prior to the activity start date.

All sessions should be submitted separately, even if they will occur at different times on the same day.

Once the IPCE team creates the session, you will be notified to complete a review/update of the speakers. Failure to complete the form and submit all required documentation could lead to delays in processing or unapproved activities.

If you have questions about the application process, please join the IPCE team's office hours, which are held every Wednesday from 11a-12p CST via Google Meet or email ce-cme@ascension.org.
