The Chapter Annual Report allows the SACNAS National Office to learn about the membership size, activities and financial state of each chapter, in order to better serve you.

This form is required of all provisional and official chapters in order to retain ACTIVE status and be eligible to submit a Chapter Award Application, a Community Gathering proposal and eligible for more SACNAS programming/resources.

This form also includes the required 4 attachments to complete your report at the end of the form. Submissions accepted until June 8th!
