Alcohol and marijuana products cannot be purchased with these funds.

Manufactured Home Community

General Info

This category allows for you to apply for up to $3,000
Open to HOA/Associations of Manufactured Home Communities in Boulder
The communities that are eligible include: Mapleton, Boulder Meadows, Ponderosa, Vista Village, Orchard Grove

Neighborhood workshops, larger gatherings, movie nights, neighborhood family outings, etc.

What is a Fiscal Sponsor?

A Fiscal Sponsor is an entity (small business or 501c3 Non-Profit) that acts as a third party. This partner will receive the funds from the City of Boulder and will disburse them to you only for what is referred to on this application.

Why do I need one?

This practice is only for our funding opportunities over $600 to ensure that funds are used and allocated responsibly.
Using this process, we also prevent potential impact on the applicant's taxes.

Who can my Fiscal Sponsor be?

Any small business, HOA, or a local non-profit that can work with your community.

What Information do I need from my Fiscal Sponsor?

All you need is the following:

Name of organization or small business
Name of a contact person at that organization
Contact Person's Email and phone number

What is a Grant?

A grant is a method you can receive funding from the Neighborhood Connection Fund. If your application is approved, this option will provide funding to you BEFORE you make any purchases that are listed in your application. This process can take up to 8 weeks to process. Be mindful and plan for extra time, if possible.

What is a reimbursement?

Reimbursement is a method you can receive funding from the Neighborhood Connection Fund. If your application is approved, this option will provide funding to you AFTER you make any purchases that are listed in your application. If your application is approved, this option will provide funds AFTER you have made any purchases listed in your application. Be sure to keep all your receipts!
