A Fiscal Sponsor is an entity (small business or 501c3 Non-Profit) that acts as a third party. This partner will receive the funds from the City of Boulder and will disburse them to you only for what is referred to on this application.

A grant is a method you can receive funding from the Neighborhood Connection Fund. If your application is approved, this option will provide funding to you BEFORE you make any purchases that are listed in your application. This process can take up to 8 weeks to process. Be mindful and plan for extra time, if possible.
Reimbursement is a method you can receive funding from the Neighborhood Connection Fund. If your application is approved, this option will provide funding to you AFTER you make any purchases that are listed in your application. If your application is approved, this option will provide funds AFTER you have made any purchases listed in your application. Be sure to keep all your receipts!

Select the funding round you would like to be considered for. Please understand that if awarded funds, you will have 10 weeks from the date you receive funds to utilize them. Extensions can be requested on a case by case basis.
Let's ensure your community is aware of your application and that you have communicated with everyone who will need to be part of this process. Please provide your HOA/Property Management name and an email. Our online system will send an automatic form they must fill out to complete your application.

If you applied for a Block Party - Reimbursement (no more than $599):
I have reviewed the Payment Information section and understand I will be expected to submit receipts within 1 week of my neighborhood event if I am awarded funds. I understand I will lose my award if I do not complete this within 1 week of my event date.
Please provide your neighborhood name (however you may identify) and your subcommunity. Please use the Subcommunity Map to find which of the 10 subcommunities you live in. The tool allows you to enter your address and map your subcommunity.

By checking this, I understand that a report will be required no later than 7 days after the funds are used and I will collect reciepts of costs for my neighborhood event or project. Failure to complete this will result in a one year probationary period for my neighborhood.
