Request for reservation must be turned into Student Affairs A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS PRIOR to your event for approval. *Note: We do not reserve rooms for studying. Studying is first come, first served. Be sure to check if a room has any reservations before using (either on the screen outside the room or inside the room).

By adding my name I understand that I am responsible for clean-up at the end of this event.

2) UT Approved vendors ONLY

3) ITEMIZED receipts must be submitted to Student Affairs within 48 hours of event

4) Personal funds WILL NOT be reimbursed without written permission from Student Affairs
