Willkommen zur Online Standanmeldung der HAMBURG OPEN Start-up Area.

Die Stände werden nach dem Prinzip "first come first served" vergeben.

Es gibt insgesamt 6 Flächen à 4qm zu jeweils einem Gesamtpreis von € 990,00 zzgl. MwSt.


Teilnahmebedingungen

Um das Start-up Paket der HAMBURG OPEN 2026 in Anspruch nehmen zu können, müssen folgende Punkte erfüllt sein:


•     Gründung liegt nicht länger als 5 Jahre zurück (max. 01.01.2021)

•     Keine Mehrheitsbeteiligung eines etablierten Unternehmens

•     Max. 50 Mitarbeiter





OPEN Start 2026 - Registration


Welcome to the online booth registration for the HAMBURG OPEN Start-up Area.

The booths will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

There are a total of 6 spaces of 4sqm each at a total price of € 990,00 plus VAT.


Terms of participation

To be eligible for the HAMBURG OPEN 2026 startup package the following points must be met:


•    Your company was founded no more than 5 years ago (max. 01/01/2021)

•    No majority shareholding by a compnay established on the market

•    Max. 50 employees

Inklusivleistungen:

•    Standfläche von 4 qm (2 m x 2 m),

•    Rückwände 2,5 m hoch, schwarz, 1 m vom Gang eingerückt,

•    Ripsteppich in schwarz mit in grün abgeklebten Kanten,

•    1 Stromanschluss bis 3 kW, inkl. 1 Steckdose, Verbrauch, Standerdung,

•    Tägliche Reinigung (Teppich und ggf. Tische und Stühle),

•    1 Müllbeutel 60 l pro Tag inkl. Entsorgung,

•    Catering auf der Networking Area,

•    Teilnahme "Get-Together",

•    Kostenlose Einladungen für Ihre Kunden (unbegrenzt, abrufbar über das Online Service Center).


Nach Abschluss deiner Anmeldung erhältst du eine Eingangsbestätigung. Diese Benachrichtigung ist noch keine endgültige Bestätigung deines Messestandes. Bei Verfügbarkeit von Standfläche, versuchen wir gern, deine Wünsche zu berücksichtigen und dir einen Platzierungsvorschlag zu senden. Dieses Paket ist max. zweimal buchbar, da es Start-up Unternehmen vorbehalten ist.


Mit dem Absenden dieses Anmeldeformulars meldest du dich verbindlich für die HAMBURG OPEN 2026 an. Für weitere Fragen rufe uns einfach an.

Services included:

•    Stand space with 4 sqm (2 m by 2 m),

•    Back walls 2.5 m high, black, 1 m indented from the aisle,

•    Ribbed carpet in black with taped edges in green,

•    1 power connection up to 3 kW, incl. 1 socket, consumption, stand earthing,

•    Daily cleaning (carpet and if necessary tables and chairs),

•    1 garbage bag 60 l per day incl. disposal,

•    Free catering on the networking area,

•    Participation in the "Get-Together",

•    Free invitations for your customers (unlimited, available via the Online Service Center).


After completion of the registration you receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please note that this confirmation is not the official approval of your stand space yet. As far as there is stand space available we will try to meet your placement requests and send you a placement proposal in due time. This package can be booked max. twice, as it is reserved for start-up companies.

Im Falle der Anmeldung eines ausländischen Ausstellers durch einen inländischen Vertreter haftet der inländische Vertreter für die Verbindlichkeiten des ausländischen Ausstellers aus diesem Vertrag.

The General and Special Conditions of Participation as well as the Technical Guidelines and House Rules of Hamburg Messe and Congress GmbH shall become an integral part of the contract. They apply in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract and can be viewed at: https://www.hamburg-open.de/en/exhibit/application/application-forms. We are pleased to send you these also by e-mail. (to be requested at info@hamburg-open.de) If a foreign exhibitor is registered by a domestic representative, the domestic representative is liable for the foreign exhibitor's obligations arising from this contract. You will receive the invoice for the participation fee probably two months before the event.

Deine personenbezogenen Daten werden von der HMC (ggfs. auch mit Hilfe von Dienstleistern) zur Vertragserfüllung im Rahmen deiner Online-Standanmeldung zur HAMBURG OPEN Start-up Area verarbeitet. Soweit du die Löschung deiner bei der HMC gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten wünscht, wird diesem Wunsch unverzüglich entsprochen, wenn einer Löschung nicht Dokumentations- bzw.
