ATS Governance group review:

Please note development / programming project requests that require significant effort must be presented by the requestor in one of the Administrative Technology Services (ATS) Governance group meetings to determine priority. The ATS group meets bi-weekly and the requestor will be informed if their request is to be presented. Once approved by the ATS group, the IT development team and the requestor will start the project implementation process.

What is ATS?

The primary purpose of the Administrative Technology Services (ATS) Governance group is to provide a forum for engaging the UHD user community in defining and evaluating development needs for projects that require IT resource and support, and it serves as an important part of the IT governance process at UHD. The meetings are open to all UHD faculty and staff requiring assistance or support with development or implementation for administrative systems. Per UHD policy IT project requests are to be reviewed with input from University planning groups such as the ATS group.
