CMC Facility Rental Request

Use this form to 1) make a rental event date request, 2) schedule a tour of the facilities for a rental event, or 3) if you are a CMC faculty member requesting a recital. Please allow several days for a reply. Your rental is not confirmed until we receive all rental payments from you and you receive an approved permit from us.
