Please complete this form to receive an annual hourly parking pass to enter one of the following Sun Metro parking lots for no fee:

Glory Road Parking Garage, 100 Glory Road
Union Plaza Parking Garage, 400 W. San Antonio Ave.
Anthony St. Lot, 600 W. San Francisco Ave.

NO PASS IS NEEDED FOR SPECIAL EVENT PARKING, HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:

The veteran must be present in the vehicle at time of entry
One of the following plates below must be attached to the vehicle
Vehicle registration must be presented to parking attendant at time of entry

Applicant for annual pass (or for special event parking) must be registered vehicle owner for one of the following plates issued by the State of Texas:

Disabled Veteran
Medal of Honor Recipient
Purple Heart Recipient
Prisoner of War Medal Recipient
Pearl Harbor Survivor
