CPT Learning Agreement
Please read this form carefully. It is intended to help you identify career competencies you may achieve during your internship. This is a multi-step process.
- You will read and complete this CPT Learning Agreement and submit this agreement to Tynisha Brice in the Matthews Center for Career Development. This learning agreement is intended to help you identify which NACE career readiness competencies align with your internship.
- Once your learning agreement is approved, you will visit this website to learn how to obtain your CPT I-20 from International Student Engagement (ISE).
- After you completed your internship, you will complete a short reflection to identify if you reached the career competencies identified in this learning agreement.
- Remember, you CANNOT work until you received a CPT I-20 from ISE.
