By submitting this form, the Proposed Buyer acknowledges the following:

This Registration of Interest merely indicates the Proposed Buyer's interest in the Project. It does not bind the developer of the Project in any way, and it is not an offer to buy or sell, or an acceptance of an offer to buy or sell, any interest in the Project or any unit in the Project (at any price or on any terms). The Proposed Buyer will not have any obligation to buy a unit unless and until the Proposed Buyer and the developer of the Project enter into a binding sales contract for a specific unit.

This Registration of Interest may be withdrawn at any time by the Proposed Buyer or by the developer of the Project. The developer of the Project (a) is not required to act on any information provided by the Proposed Buyer on this Registration of Interest and (b) can choose not to use any of the information provided on this Registration of Interest.

All aspects of the Project, including purchase prices for the various units, are subject to change without notice to the Proposed Buyer.

This form represents a "registration of interest" only. This is not a sales contact or a reservation agreement. This form does not give the Proposed Buyer any right to purchase a unit in the Project, to enter into a reservation agreement, to enter into a sales contract for the purchase of a unit, or to have the Proposed Buyer's name placed on any future reservation lists.
