Please note that as an undergraduate, they are limited to work a maximum of 20 hours per week across all of their positions during the fall and spring semesters.

Please note that as a graduate student, they are limited to work a maximum of 29 hours per week across all of their positions during the fall and spring semesters. This limitation only applies to graduate students who are NOT on a visa; international graduate students are limited to 20 hours per week during the academic year per federal law.

Please note that as a student working over the summer, they are allowed to work up to 40 hours per week as long as they are not enrolled in summer classes. If enrolled, they are subject to the undergraduate limit of 20 hours per week or the graduate limit of 29 hours per week.
