AIM Pathways to Structured Literacy Commitment Pledge

Before registering for the PSL course, please list your information below, acknowledging ND DPI's requirement for participation. This form is required by ND DPI to participate in the PSL course with AIM Institute.

When I complete my registration, the state of North Dakota will pay my course registration fee of $950.00 which is nonrefundable. I understand I may be charged for not completing this course as outlined in the syllabus (found HERE).
