Please complete this form to make an application for Lateral Movement.


Regulation 6.2: Any Club wishing to move from one League to another must make an application in writing to the Committee on or before 31st March in each year to be effective for the following Playing Season.


Applications are considered by the Committee when allocations are finalised. A decision will be notified at the time of the publication of the allocations.
