Enter the serial number for the unit which requires support

A valid support contract is required for all units in order to receive support.
If your unit is out of warranty but you need support right away, please enter "N/A". Cinedeck will, at her discretion, provide support free of charge for this request and follow up with you to purchase a support contract.

Select the Cinedeck platform for which you have your question.

The software version and build number is found in the Cinedeck interface under: SETUP > PREFS.
