The ASHE Chapter agrees that this ASHE Member List will be received and controlled by the Chapter President, Executive Director, or similar chapter leader who will assume responsibility and hereby agrees to utilize the Member List for the sole purpose of identifying potential new members and/or business partners within the local/state chapter area/district. The Chapter agrees that each list may be used once to promote Chapter programs and activities and that no ASHE Member List may be resold or used to promote a third party. ASHE member lists cannot be utilized for any form of campaigning, including for ASHE Elections.

The Chapter President, Executive Director, or similar chapter leader acknowledges that all information concerning the Member List is confidential information and agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and agrees not to provide, reproduce, sell, license, loan or disclose or otherwise make available any such information to any third party.

ASHE will provide a member list in an electronic file of only the current ASHE members within the local/state chapter area/district pending request approval.
