2025 Black Car / Limo Permit Purchase Request



Thank you for your interest in the Black Car/Limo permit (1A DROP OFF) for Coachella and Stagecoach 2025. Fill out the form below to request to purchase a festival permit.

Requests will be reviewed at the beginning of the year with approvals starting early to mid-March


Please note, filling out this form will not guarantee you will receive a Black Car/Limo permit.



Fees are $799 per permit fee for town-cars, black cars, limos or $1299 for shuttle-style / bus-type vehicles - per festival.



Black Car & Limo Drop-Off Permits

  • We operate an on-site drop-off area for licensed black car and limo services (Permit Required).
  • Drop-offs are allowed Fri-Sun 12pm-10pm.
  • Car services wishing to utilize this area must apply for a permit using this form.
  • This includes limousines, party buses, SUVs, rogue or non-sanctioned shuttles and all other vehicles making multiple trips to pick up and drop off patrons. No commercial vehicles will be given access to the Black Car/Limo Pass 1A Drop Off area without a valid pass.
  • No commercial vehicles will be given access to the Preferred Parking Lot, or any other vehicle parking area.
  • Any vehicles without this permit must use the public pick-up/drop-off area at the corner of Madison St. & Ave. 52.


Requirements

  • You must have a valid TCP Number that matches your company or car service.
  • Your vehicle may NOT be longer than 35’ or hold more than 30 people.
  • One (1) permit request per driver is allowed. Multiple submissions may invalidate your request.


Purchase Terms

  • Once approved, you will be emailed a single-use purchase link.
  • Fees are $799 per permit fee for town-cars, black cars, limos or $1299 for shuttle-style / bus-type vehicles - per festival.
  • Permits are only valid for the specific festival weekend purchased for.
  • Non-compliant vehicles will have their permit confiscated and guests will not be allowed to exit the vehicle.
  • All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • By submitting this application, any purchases for approved names / TCP numbers are considered vetted and can not be subject to future fraud claims.

No commercial vehicles will be given access to any Parking lots or Ave. 49 without the 1A DROP OFF permit. This includes limousines, party buses, SUVs, rogue or non-sanctioned shuttles and all other vehicles making multiple trips to pick up and drop off patrons. This pass ONLY gives access to the 1A DROP OFF Area, and is invalid for pick up / drop off at any other parking lot. This will be enforced and could result in pass removal and no refund.

Only valid TCP numbers that have been submitted here and approved by the festival will be issued passes.

Separate purchases are required for each festival weekend.
