The Columbia Association Board of Directors has final approval authority to grant easements and the applicant may be required to present their easement request to the Board. Please note that submission of this application form and associated application fee does not guarantee that an easement will be granted. The processing time for an easement request is typically several months. The timeline is subject to scheduling constraints of CA's Board of Directors.

Maintenance Responsibility

Please list below and show on submitted exhibits the proposed maintenance responsibility for all improvements within the easement area. Enter "Maintenance Agreement" in the space provided if the maintenance responsibilities of the easement area will need to be outlined in a separate agreement.
