2025 Grant Timeline

Due to the high volume of interest and limited funds, we will establish two distinct rounds for applicants to start the 2025-2027 biennium.


Round 1

  • Application Deadline: 8:00 AM, June 2, 2025
  • Reviewer Window: June 2, 2025 - June 10, 2025
  • Award Offers sent: June 13, 2025
  • Contract Negotiations: June 13 - July 3, 2025
  • Contract Begins: 1~2 weeks following contract approval.


Rolling Application Window

  • Rolling Deadline: 21st day of month
  • Award Offers sent: 10th day of following month
  • Contract Negotiations: 2~3 weeks following award offers.
  • Contract Begins: 1~2 weeks following contract approval.
