Zoom access request form - Basic user

Scouts have secured access to Zoom for Scout volunteers to use while they are volunteering. We have been provided with one licence for every Scout Group, District, County/Area/Region(Scot). This form is to be completed by those who wish to use the Scouts Zoom account as a Basic user. We are collecting your name and email address for the purpose of providing you access to the Scouts Zoom tenancy. The Scouts will upload your data provided below into Zoom and Zoom will then send you a registration link to complete the sign up and accept their terms and conditions. All other data captured will be used by the Scouts to manage and support your access to Zoom and will not be shared outside of Scouts. We (The Scouts) will pass on your details to Zoom (due to the way the Zoom account is set up this step will completed manually every working day). Zoom will then email you to register you for a licence and you will need to accept the Zoom T&Cs (https://zoom.us/terms) at this point if you wish to use Zoom.
