If your Intercampus Enrollment request is approved, be aware of the following impacts. You will be dropped from ALL your home campus enrollments before you will be enrolled in courses on the requested campus. You will be enrolled by the Registrar’s Office for your courses. You will have a Study Agreement Hold on your account that will prevent you from enrolling in additional courses on your own. However, you will be able to request additional courses by responding to the IER confirmation email you will receive. You will be able to drop courses on your own. Your campus of admission will not change. You will continue to work with your academic advisor and home campus for support and services. Your tuition rate will not change. You will continue to be charged the same tuition rate as set on your home campus based on your residency status and NOT by the campus you request to attend. Conversely, your campus-based fees (Rec Center, etc.) will be charged based on the campus you request to attend. If you receive financial aid, you will maintain the financial aid package based on your home campus. If you have concerns regarding any of these impacts, please reach out to your academic advisor before submitting this form.
