Please ensure that your Field Trip Request is being submitted at least 3 weeks before the departure date.

*If round-trip mile count is 300 is more, we are requiring the Field Trip form to be sent to us 4 weeks before the departure date.

If possible, we kindly ask that you submit your Field Trip Requests as soon as you are aware of the required Field Trips and their departure dates.

If you have questions in regards to Transportation confirmation, please reach out to our Division as early as 2 weeks before the departure date.

Once your Field Trip Request has been approved, you will recieve an email with Instructions to complete the process.

Regarding Authorized/Student Driver Requests:

Consent forms with a copy of the Driver's License need to be sent to Andrea Solorzano. If you need the Driving Consent Form, please reach out to Cristian Meza (cmeza45@mtsac.edu). This process will take at least 2 weeks, so be sure to submit in a timely manner.
