This form is for prospective RN-BS students who are currently employed at VCU Health. If you are not a VCU Health employee, you can get more information about our RN-BS program by completing this form.

In order to proceed with the application process, you must first submit your unofficial transcripts for any colleges attended (even for non-nursing courses) to ensure you meet our admission requirements.
