2025 Addison Kaboom Town! Food and Beverage Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Addison Kaboom Town. Vendors are any food establishment serving open food or beverage requiring a permit under the Town of Addison Environmental Health Department and/or TABC. This includes any alcohol, edible substances, ice, beverages, or open ingredients.
Submission of the vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Vendor's application submission date will be a factor in selection, so prompt application submission is highly recommended. Vendors will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application. Accepted vendors will be provided with payment instructions at that time.
