In order to be considered for this award, nominees should meet the following criteria: Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing that inspires and motivates students. Demonstrates interest in and respect for learners. Uses personal attributes (e.g. caring, confidence, patience, integrity and flexibility) that facilitate professional growth. Develops collaborative working relationships with students, colleagues and community partners. To qualify for this award, nominees shall be: Must have been with the College for a year - Have not already received the award they are being nominated for within the last 2 years.
