Filing Board Resolution for Name Change

For Community Colleges


Use this form to submit the board resolution approving a name change to the junior college district or a college within the district.


The board of trustees must file a copy of the resolution for the name change that is certified by the secretary of the board. The name change is effective on the date the resolution is filed with the THECB, and the district or college shall use the new name in all official actions, communications, or records.
