Cheshire FA Emerging Leaders Programme | Application

Cheshire FA are seeking enthusiastic individuals aged between 20-24 who are dedicated to football and eager to contribute to their community as part of our Emerging Leaders Programme.


Those recruited will become part our Emerging leaders group aged between 15-24 and will collaborate with our football development team to pinpoint areas for improvement, offer feedback, brainstorm ideas and serve as ambassadors for Cheshire FA on a national level.


This group will advise and support on aspects of youth football delivery in Cheshire and will actively pursue opportunities to diversify the football offer for participants. Emerging leaders will be required to attend a number of in person and online workshops. It will aim to be a 12 month programme and you will assist in delivering a football development project with the support of Cheshire FA.


Criteria:

-    Must be aged between 20 – 24years old.


Currently be involved in football in one or more of the following areas:

-    Player

-    Referee

-    Club Committee Member

-    League Committee Member

-    Media and Marketing

-    Coach / Playmaker

-    Ambassador


Must commit to attending the first two workshops on the following dates;


- Monday 13th May 18:30 - 20:15, Cheshire FA

- Monday 27th May - 18:30 - 20:15, Cheshire FA


From then meetings on Monday evening on a monthly basis in person or via teams dates TBC
