Team Taylor - A Place to Remember

Team Taylor’s Family Fun Run started as a way for Katie & Mark Cosmas to share Taylor with the community and always remember her smile. Our hope as a Foundation is that this beautiful Sunday in April keeps being a place that families all over the Valley who have been affected by SUIDS can remember their babies and share their smiles. Complete the form below if you’d like a babies’ photo to be along the course. Please include the babies name, parents names, date of birth and angel day.
