Instructional Testing Services will be open starting the week of January 21 (Week 3) in winter term. We will have a reduced schedule while we train and onboard new staff, and then open for regular hours on February 1. Please see lanecc.edu/its for updates.

Please complete this form as completely as possible, with a preferred response deadline of January 17, 2025. (Later entries are accepted, but earlier entries help us plan).

Please complete this form for each test you anticipate offering through the testing lab. (For example, if there is a mid-term and a final, complete the form twice).

Please make your best guess about time/date of testing. If you do not have finalized dates/times for your exams yet, you can fill out the form and request an update later.

Please note this form is not connected to Center for Accessible Resources (CAR) testing and accommodations; faculty must work directly with CAR to set up testing in their lab. ITS is not able to provide accommodations for testing.
