Condo equipment is purchased and supported within the HPC cluster for a total of 5 years. Once the equipment arrives, ownership is transferred to OIT, and we will handle the processing of the asset tags. Compute condos come with a bump of 25% in core count for the first 3 years. At the end of 5 years, condo equipment will be surplused by OIT.
