Requesting the DFA Role on AnimalTrax

Use this form to request the DFA role on AnimalTrax.


DFA roles are only provisioned to individuals who need to manage their department's protocols for animal billing purposes.


Please note that the DFA role on AnimalTrax is not meant to provide singular access to a PI's APLAC protocols. If you are a lab manager or finance administrator who is only managing one or two PIs, contact your PI and request that an eProtocol APLAC protocol amendment be made so you are listed as an Other Contact.

Approver Information
