ACR International Recognition for Quality and Safety

In an effort to recognize imaging center’s dedication and commitment to quality and patient safety around the world, the ACR has developed an ACR International Recognition for Quality and Safety program.


The ACR International Recognition for Quality and Safety program is at a facility level. International facilities interested in obtaining the ACR International Recognition, must perform a self-assessment of all of the modalities performed at the location to ensure they meet the various ACR accreditation related requirements. Before beginning the process, please visit ACR International Recognition for Quality and Safety to review the instructions and requirements.


Fill out the form below to apply for the ACR International Recognition for Quality and Safety. Once submitted, an invoice and participation agreement will be generated and sent to the email address provided.

Please provide the complete street address, including the building number, street name, suite number, city, country and postal code.

The facility contact is the person responsible for the submission of the application, payment, submission of the self-assessment, attestation and relevant documents required for the recognition for this facility.

Select all modalities that your facility is applying for the ACR International Recognition for Quality & Safety. Note, your facility must apply for all modality's performed at the location.

Within 1-2 business days after the application is submitted, your facility contact below will receive an email from AcctReceivable@acr.org containing the invoice and instructions for payment.

Participation Agreement

Please tell us the person that has the legal authority to execute a Participation Agreement on behalf of your organization.


An agreement will be needed prior to participating in the ACR International Recognition for Quality & Safety. To avoid delays in signing the agreement, it is helpful to notify the person you list as the signatory that they will be receiving an email from DocuSign shortly.
