In-Person and Virtual Conference Transfer, Substitution, or Cancellation Request

By submitting this form, you are requesting a cancellation and refund for an in-person or virtual conference, would like to transfer your fee to another upcoming conference, or would like to send a substitute to the conference in your place.

Which conference are you registered for?*

Each conference has a cancellation cutoff date. Please check the website to ensure this is not being submitted after that date. If it is past the cancellation date, approval will be on a case-by-case basis.

Which in-person conference would you like to transfer your registration to?

In some case their will be a difference in the registration fee. We will invoice you for the balance due or refund you the remaining balance.

Substitute Information

The individual registration fee is based on the substitute's membership status and tier (Premium, Enhanced, Full, Non-member) . In some cases, the membership tier may differ. AHLA will invoice the substitute for the remaining balance or refund the original registrant the difference. An email confirmation will be sent to the substitute.
