a. No SSN or Tax ID# -- I have not received a 1098T for the current tax year because my SSN was not on file at the time of production. I have updated my SSN or provided a taxpayer ID number to the Registrar’s office.

b. Did not get 1098T -- I have not received a 1098T for the current tax year for an unknown reason. I have checked on mavlink and one was not there.

c.Need Detail -- The IRS has requested supporting documentation for my 1098T for the tax year listed above. I have provided the account activity on mavlink but they would like a memo explaining those transactions.

d. International Student -- I am an international student who needs a 1098T form for my embassy.
