CHARGES TO SOA'S - Submitted to FHD on the last calendar day of each month for charge/credit to the SOA on the 15th of the next month.

(Example: Submitting a charge off on 9/21 means it is submitted to FHD on 9/30, and hits the SOA on 10/15.)
