The candidate should demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude and an ability to keep cool in a fast-moving environment, where changing circumstances often require an ability to refocus and adapt. We are looking for a candidate who will take an interest in the strategies we develop, helping us test and challenge ideas as we work together in a collaborative team environment. Strong writing skills and the ability to summarize complex information and outcomes are essential.

A demonstrated commitment to the Energy Foundation’s vision of a clean energy future and appreciation of the role that philanthropy plays in achieving that vision are a big plus. A background in energy and climate policy or campaigns is not required.
