Broadband Help Hub Technical Assistance Program Application

LISC is pleased to invite applications to the Broadband Help Hub, part of the National Broadband Technical Assistance Marketplace. This rapid-response program provides communities with high-quality, targeted technical assistance to produce investment-ready broadband plans.

Who should apply: We welcome applications from urban and rural communities. Project teams from local or regional planning organizations, working at a neighborhood scale in cities or at the county level in rural places, and with an average population density of 5,000 to 25,000 households, are most likely to be a good fit for this program.

What awardees receive: Depending on the specific nature of the proposed project, awardees will receive from the consulting team reliable standardized modeling of broadband availability, customized technology selection, high-level cost estimates, business planning recommendations and/or strategies to increase internet adoption.
