ASID bylaws require all chapter contracts are reviewed for completeness by ASID, Inc. attorneys prior to signing and enacting.

Legal review is limited to assess risk to the Society’s tax-exempt status as a 501(c)6, and to the extent of limiting liability and unreasonable risk to the Society.

ASID does not approve or negotiate contracts on behalf of the chapter. It is the responsibility of the parties to contract to accept, reject or amend any provision.

ASID reserves the right to prohibit a chapter activity in the event it poses unnecessary risk to ASID, Inc., affiliate chapters, members, or the Foundation, is not aligned with Society’s mission, or falls outside the scope of a 501(c)6 organization.

Instructions & Process:

1. Complete all required fields.
2. File requirements are unsigned original PDF or MS Word documents. Scanned or image files will not be reviewed.
3. File size is restricted to 20 mbs per file.
4. Allow two (3) weeks for a standard review.
5. Any follow up review is processed through your ASID staff contact, and will take up to two (2) business days.
