ICIP 2019: Student Career Luncheon Sponsor Interest

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Student Career Luncheon at ICIP 2019! Please complete the form below with your contact information and one of our team members will get back to you shortly regarding next steps.

As a reminder, there are two tiers of sponsorship to the Student Career Luncheon:

Student Career Luncheon Patron – $800
• Access to Student CVs and permission to email students after the conference
• Distribution of job openings prior to the Luncheon
• Recognition on Student Career Luncheon web page
• Exclusive table and lunch for three company representatives
• Brief speaking slot (approx. 2-3 minutes) at the Luncheon

Student Career Luncheon Attendee – $100
If your company chooses not sponsor the Luncheon, you may send up to three of your company’s representatives to attend the Luncheon for a fee of $100/person. This includes:
• Access to student CVs
• Distribution of your company’s job openings prior to the Luncheon
• Student contact information following the conference

If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact Jaqueline Rash, SPS Membership Assistant, at jaqueline.rash@ieee.org.

Should your company be interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, your sponsorship can be applied in one of two ways:

1. Your sponsorship can help the IEEE Signal Processing Society maintain its commitment to students and young professionals in collaboration with the IEEE Foundation. Contributing to the SPS Students and Young Professionals (SYP) Fund will enable future activities and programs to benefit students and young professionals in the signal processing community.

2. Your sponsorship can directly support the Student Career Luncheon at ICIP 2019.

With either option, your company will still be reflected as a sponsor on the conference website and to attendees and customers. There will be no difference in your contribution.

Please indicate your company's area of interest below.
