  1. a copy of the title signed front and back
  2. a buyer's order
  3. letter from the insurance company on their letterhead
  4. must include the year, make, model, vin number, and the date the vehicle was removed from your policy
  5. a car fax report showing the sale

  3. letter from your insurance company
  4. must include the year, make, model, VIN, and the date the vehicle was deleted from your policy.

  • Documentation of the settlement date will be required. This can most commonly be found on a letter from the insurance company.

  • A copy of your proof of non-residence is required.
