Holiday Market Vendor Application


Lone Tree's Merry Days kicks off with the Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration on Friday, December 6th, 6:00-8:00pm at the Lone Tree Arts Center. Guests will enjoy a hot cocoa and s’more bar, live music, roaming holiday characters, and remarks from City Council. Santa and his reindeer will also be in attendance!


We'll also be incorporating a holiday market, bringing together vendors offering one-of-a-kind, locally made products.


Please complete the application below to be considered as a vendor. Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. Early application is encouraged!

All vendors will required to have an active sales tax license/account with the City of Lone Tree.

- If you are not currently licensed and only have an incidental presence in Lone Tree (i.e. you're only joining us for an event, not doing business here full time), you are not required to pay the licensing fee. However, we still need a completed application to establish a sales tax account for you.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an evening event. Bringing some sort of battery operated lighting (string lights, lanterns, etc.) for your booth is highly recommended! Access to power will not be available.
