ESCAP 2025 - invitation letter request

General information

Invitation letters for ESCAP 2025 Congress in Strasbourg can only be issued once registration through the conference website is complete and participation fees have been paid. Additionally, the following personal information is required.

The issuance of an invitation letter is subject to a processing fee of EUR 45.00, payable in advance (you will be contacted via e-mail).


After submitting the request, processing takes about 1-2 weeks. You will then receive an e-mail with payment link. After payment, your invitation letter will be sent at the email address you provided. Requests with pending registration or unpaid fees will not be processed.


Once the invitation letter has been issued, cancellation of the congress participation is only possible upon presentation of the official visa application rejection letter.
