To meet the qualifications, applicants should possess expertise, experience and/or skills in one or more of the areas listed below:


  • Implementation of policies and practices that promote racial-ethnic equity within mid-size organizations with similar responsibilities as KCRHA
  • Federal Continuum of Care program governance and operations
  • Providing services for people experiencing homelessness or related services for those who are disproportionately represented in King County’s homeless population
  • Academic research on topics related to homelessness and/or performance evaluation
  • Fiscal oversight of entities with budgets of more than $100 million.
  • Experience directing and/or overseeing business operations at a large organization
